Tell us what you need. The first reply will be a specification, not a price list — and if we are not the right supplier for the job, we will say so.

What we need from you

A specification, a photo of the product you currently buy, a hazard description or a reference sample all work. You do not need to know the standard — that is our job.

  • Product and category — gloves, slings, cooling vests, or a mix
  • Standard or performance level, if you have one. If not, describe the job instead
  • Quantity per design and the expected annual volume
  • Destination market — this decides the certification route and the marking
  • Private label requirement, if any
  • Target price, if you have one. It changes what we can specify, not whether we will be honest about it
Response time

Every enquiry gets a reply within one business day, including during Chinese public holidays. If the technical question needs a laboratory answer, we will tell you how long that will take and give you the interim specification straight away.

Two things that make your reply faster

01

Describe the job, not just the product

"What is the cut level" is a product question with no answer. "We handle 2 mm mild steel sheet, mostly deburring, occasionally 3 mm plate" tells us the level, the coating, the gauge and the dexterity requirement in one sentence — and it lets us quote something that will actually be worn.

02

Send a photo of the marking

A photograph of the label on the product you currently buy tells us the standard, the level, the size range and the manufacturer — and it takes ten seconds. It is the single most useful thing you can attach.
