One product, one trial
Usually a single line, often a glove you already buy but want better documented. We send the specification, you approve it, we ship a sample and inspect it before anything is committed at volume.
We are a sourcing and quality-control partner for industrial PPE. We do not manufacture. Our job is to make sure the manufacturer you buy from ships what you specified — and that you can prove it.
Every PPE category is made well by somebody, but no single factory makes gloves, textile lifting gear and cooling vests to the same standard. A factory is excellent at its own product and competent at nothing else. For a distributor who needs four categories, that means four separate audits, four sets of paperwork, four quality problems to chase and four containers.
We sit in between. We qualify a small number of audited manufacturers for each category, write one specification that covers all four, and hold every one of them to the same acceptance criteria. You get one contract, one packing list, one document pack and one place to raise a problem.
We are explicit about the trade-off, because pretending otherwise wastes everyone's time: you are paying for the specification, the inspection and the documentation, not for the lowest factory price. If you only need the lowest price and your own quality team will do the checking, we will tell you that too.
"We are not the cheapest. We are the one who will tell you what the glove actually is before you pay for it, and who will stand behind that in writing."
The vendor pool is deliberately small — around ten audited manufacturers across the four categories. A wide pool looks like choice but means your specification goes to whichever factory is free that week. We would rather say no than ship something unverified.
Two manufacturers have been removed from the pool over label errors alone — a glove labelled with a cut level the batch had not been tested for, and a sling whose sleeve colour did not match its WLL. Neither was a catastrophic failure. Both were disqualifying.
Test reports, declarations of conformity, technical file summaries, inspection reports and carton marks are our responsibility, not the factory's. If a document is missing, that is our problem to solve before the goods ship, not yours to chase afterwards.
Gloves, slings and cooling vests in one container against one packing list. One receiving point, one set of documents, one delivery to reconcile.
Most relationships start small and widen once the documentation proves itself.
Usually a single line, often a glove you already buy but want better documented. We send the specification, you approve it, we ship a sample and inspect it before anything is committed at volume.
Once the file and the quality hold up, a second category usually follows — often slings or cooling vests, because the site already buys gloves from us and consolidating is the obvious argument.
An agreed specification file, a fixed inspection routine, a consolidated shipping calendar and a private label. Your buying office stops re-checking us on every order.
Send the specification you already buy, or the hazard you need to solve. We will come back with a written specification and a sample, and you can judge us on the paperwork before you commit to a container.
